We will be holding a Basic Referee Training course on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Mt. Calvary Church, 1000 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15904.
If interested in taking this course you will need to do the following.
1. Register as a volunteer on your local regions website if from Richland register on richlandayso.com.
2. Take online Safe Haven, online CDC Concussion, and online Sudden Cardiac Arrest Course on AYSOU/EtrainU.
3. Register for the referee course on AYSOU/etrainu.
Below are instructions on how to take the online courses and register for the referee course. If you already took Safe Haven, CDC Concussion, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Course on the AYSO site in the past just follow the instructions on how to register for the referee course.
Instructions to Take Online Safe Haven, Online CDC Concussion Awareness, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Courses
- Login to RichlandAYSO.com with you id and password.
- Click Volunteers on the Left and then Click the AYSOU Button.
- You should be redirected to the etrainu page.
- Click on "Training Library"
- Click on view courses button under Safe Haven
- There are three courses you must first enroll in and then complete.
- AYSO’s Safe Haven
- CDC: Concussion Awareness - Online
- Sudden Cardiac Arest - Online
Register for the Referee course on AYSOU/EtrainU. Below are instructions
1. Login to Richlandayso.com.
2. Click onVolunteers on the Left side of screen.
3. Click onthe AYSOU button near the top left of screen and wait for it to log you into etrainu.
4. Click Training Event on the left side of the screen.
5. If "Region 996" is not showing in the Regions box click the "X" on any region listed instead and type in 996 and click Region 996 when it comes up.
6. You should see a course listed on April 20 called "9a Spring 2024 Reg Ref". Click on it.
7. You should then see a blue button called Enroll. Click on this button and you will be registered for the course.
